The KKR-C02 is an AI-powered card visual inspection system that detects wrong cards, missing cards, and out-of-sequence cards at speeds over 400 sheets per minute with 100% error detection rate. Using high-speed cameras and machine learning algorithms, it inspects cards in real-time and can detect errors in regions as small as 5x5mm.
The system features OCR character detection (Chinese, English, numbers), mixed-order detection in 100ms, and AI self-training for new card templates — new batch training takes as little as 3 minutes. When an error is detected, the system auto-alarms and can trigger production line shutdown for immediate correction.
