The CDM-100 Card Dispensing Matching System is CHANFER's intelligent multi-station card sorting and dispensing solution. Controlled by computer, it automatically sorts and dispatches cards according to pre-set recipes — supporting up to 25,000 packs per batch with 1,000+ storable recipe files.
This system is the core of CHANFER's Smart Card Dispatching technology. Cards are loaded into multiple stations, and the computer controls which cards are dispensed in what order to create each pack according to the recipe. Excel-based recipe editing makes it simple to create and modify sorting configurations, while ultrasonic dual-sheet detection, visual inspection, and thickness detection ensure 100% accuracy.
