FKJ-100SL

The FKJ-100SL is CHANFER's flagship automatic friction feeder, designed for high-speed card dispensing in automated packaging lines. Powered by a servo motor with PLC control and touch-screen HMI, it delivers precise single-card feeding at speeds up to 800 cards per minute (CR80 standard) — making it the workhorse of TCG and board game card production lines.

The feeder handles cards ranging from 0.1mm to 3mm in thickness and sizes from 40x30mm to 180x100mm, covering all standard card formats including poker size, bridge size, mini cards, and game tokens. The servo-driven mechanism provides consistent feeding pressure and timing, with automatic alarm for card leakage and absence to prevent production errors.

With a maximum linear speed of 60m/min, the FKJ-100SL supports single-card dispensing, multiple-card dispensing, and continuous card dispensing modes — giving production managers flexibility to configure the feeder for different packaging requirements. The feeder integrates seamlessly with CHANFER's flow wrapping machines, bagging machines, four-side sealers, and cartoning systems.
