CHANFER's banding machine combines servo motor drive with PLC control and touch-screen operation. The system performs automatic card issuing and belt tying in a single operation — cards are counted, stacked, and banded without manual intervention. Photoelectric control ensures accurate dispensing and bundling, with adjustable settings for card quantity, material type, and belt alarm thresholds.
The machine handles a wide range of product specifications: thickness from 0.1mm to 3mm and maximum product size of 100x150mm. This covers standard playing cards (0.3mm), multi-layer card decks (up to 3mm), and various board game card formats. Multiple function settings allow operators to quickly switch between different deck sizes and quantities.
For environmentally conscious brands, banding offers a significant sustainability advantage over plastic-based packaging methods.
