CHANFER's heat shrink line combines a flow packing machine with a shrinking tunnel. The flow wrapper first seals the product in film, then the shrinking tunnel applies controlled heat to shrink the film tightly around the product. The system is equipped with an imported detection photoelectric sensor specifically designed for thin and small packaging — ensuring precise film feeding and cutting even for compact card products. The sealing knife features auto-protection to prevent accidental cuts and operator injury, while the film up-down synchronization mechanism corrects deviation for consistent packaging quality.
